Our dear friend Chiara was reunited with her beautiful puppy, Vaquera and we were all on hand to witness the very, very happy event.
Vaquera is a well-trained, loving and very trusting puppy. A workman at Chiara’s house accidentally failed to secure the gate to the backyard fence and Vaquera was gone.
Two and a half years, 2 lawsuits, 2 sketchy rescue shelters and a questionable chip company later, Vaquera finally found her way home.
This was not a miracle but rather owing to a very determined and resourceful owner who never gave up on finding Vaquera over two and a half years.
We’re thrilled for Chiara and Vaquera and may they never suffer separation again.
A great ending to the week.
