Event Power LA offer full service event design, planning and management. We will tirelessly work with you to achieve your desired event and, or meeting outcome. We provide guidance and assistance from the initial consultation to on site coordination. 

Event Power LA will be the contact for you and all vendors involved and will manage the entire planning process including budget development, venue selection, timeline creation, customized vendor recommendations and coordination on day of event or meeting. We will take care of all the details and make sure that the design of your event or meeting is stylish and cohesive and, most important, contributes to achieving your company’s desired outcome.

At Event Power LA, our hotel and venue sourcing crew is valuable for a variety of reasons. We have long-lasting relationships with Southern California hotels and venues, bulk buying power and exceptional negotiation skills, all leveraged on your behalf.

We have built very strong relationships with major brand hotels in Southern California. This gives us access to extraordinary meeting locations at times of the year when accommodations may otherwise be challenging to acquire.

Event Power LA can find traditional meeting space or source a unique space that will serve as a more dramatic backdrop for your wedding, event or meeting. If you are planning product launches, press events, experiential events or incentives, our event-venue sourcing services can help you create the desired impact toward desired outcomes.

Ground Transportation

Our experienced team will work closely with transportation companies to ensure that transfers are scheduled and are accurate for each attendee and guest. Our staff will warmly greet all guests at the airport and ensure they receive the highest level of service.

Group Air Travel

In collaboration with our partners, licensed reservation agency that manages group air travel for meetings, Incentives, conventions and events industries we provide full service bookings.
