We thoroughly enjoyed planning, managing and implementing a virtual fundraising event for Pasadena Mayoral candidate, Victor Gordo.
More than 20 couples participated in a virtual dinner hosted by Councilman Gordo and streamed live from his family home.
Meals featuring Branzino and oven-roasted chicken entrees, accompanied by salad, bread, wine and dessert were prepared by Pasadena mainstays, @GalesRestaurantPasadena and @TheParkwayGrill.
Meals were delivered by volunteers arriving simultaneously at guests’ homes, and all wearing masks and gloves to ensure touchless delivery.
The event was live streamed using state-of-the-art cameras, sound, lights, switching and mixing boards, all manned by top streaming professionals.
